Mattress and disassembled sofa in a cluttered room, awaiting same-day disposal.

Same-Day HDB & Condo Junk Removal in Singapore

For urgent move-outs, last-minute furniture removal, delivery-day clear-outs, and same-day disposal when you need the old items gone before the next thing arrives. Ten-plus years of fast crews across Singapore.

Three deadline-driven lots we clear

Same-day capacity gets spent on these three patterns. Whatever you're racing — handover, delivery, viewing — it usually lands in one of them.

01

Move-out & delivery-day lots

Handover day, delivery swap, viewing prep

  • Sofas, wardrobes, bed frames, dining sets
  • Mattresses — all sizes, carried straight from the bedroom
  • TV consoles, bookshelves, shoe cabinets
  • Boxes, clothes, kitchenware, accumulated clutter
02

Appliance swaps

Same-day swap when the new appliance lands today

  • Fridges + freezers (already disconnected)
  • Washers + dryers
  • Air-con units (disconnected by your installer)
  • Water heaters, microwaves, kitchen appliances
03

Renovation & e-waste streams

Cleared so the next phase can move in on schedule

  • Hacked tiles, drywall, timber offcuts, fittings
  • Old TVs, monitors, printers, computers
  • Cables, peripherals, networking gear
  • Sorted at source — never lumped with general waste

When same-day removal makes sense

Most disposal doesn't need to happen today. These four situations are the ones where the deadline isn't moving — they're where same-day capacity earns its keep.

🏠

Handover-day clearance

Lease ends today and the new tenant moves in tomorrow. The previous tenant left items behind, or your contractor finished reinstatement late and the unit needs to be empty for inspection.

📦

Delivery-day swap

The new sofa, fridge, or wardrobe arrives in a few hours. The old one needs to be out of the unit before the delivery team gets to your door — old item out, new item in, same day.

🏃

Last-minute move-out

You're three days from the move and just realised the old furniture won't fit in the new place. We clear what isn't coming with you so your movers aren't lifting it twice.

🔑

Pre-viewing declutter

Property agent confirmed a viewing tomorrow. The unit needs to look show-ready, not lived-in. We clear bulky items and accumulated clutter so the unit photographs well.

What photos get you the fastest slot

Same-day capacity is finite. The more we can size your job from the chat, the faster we can confirm a window and dispatch. Send us photos that show:

Every item, not just the biggest

Wide-angle shots of the room are better than zoomed-in single items. We size by total volume — we'd rather over-quote and have spare capacity than show up to surprises.

Access and entry

Lift bank, lobby, corridor width, and door clearance. For condos, that's also the loading-bay entrance — what time it's available, whether MCST approval is required (you arrange that on your side, not us).

Floor and lift status

Floor number, whether the passenger lift is working, and whether the building has a service or goods lift. Walk-ups and stairs add time we need to plan for.

Your deadline

Handover day, move-in day, delivery slot you're racing — the specific time we have to finish by. We'll work backwards from that.

Anything assembled or built-in

Built-in wardrobes, bed frames screwed to walls, anchored bookshelves — flag these. Dismantling adds time, and on a same-day window that matters.

Anything we definitely can't take

Lithium batteries outside a device, paint or chemical drums, gas tanks, biological waste. Photo it and we'll redirect you before we book the slot.

Same-day workflow

From WhatsApp to cleared unit, the four-step path we take when you're working against a deadline that doesn't move.

1

WhatsApp photos + deadline

Photos of every room, your access window, and the time you need to be done by. The faster we can size the job from the chat, the faster we can dispatch.

2

Same-day feasibility check

We tell you honestly whether your deadline is feasible today. Same-day capacity varies day to day; surcharges apply for after-hours, Sundays, public holidays, walk-ups, and stairs/ramp work.

3

Confirm the access window

You arrange any building approval (MCST, lift booking, loading bay) — that's your side, not ours. Once the window is locked, we work backwards from your deadline.

4

Dispatch and clear

Crew arrives at the agreed slot, dismantles inside the unit, clears every item, sweeps up, and you're done — inside the window your building gave you.

Access realities on a same-day window

Same-day depends on access more than anything else. Two things decide whether we hit your deadline: what our crew handles on site, and what the building lets us do today.

What Our Crew Handles On-Site

  • Careful corridor work: We move through tight corridors and doorways carefully, dismantling bulky items inside the unit so we're not dragging large pieces through common areas. (For condos, lift padding — where the MCST requires it — is supplied by the building management, not by us.)
  • HDB passenger-lift logistics: HDB blocks don't have a separate service lift. We work with the standard passenger lifts and stairwells. If an item won't fit, we dismantle on-site or take the stairs.
  • Condo / commercial access prep: Rules differ per building. The owner or tenant arranges any required management approval and padding ahead of our arrival — we're not in a position to liaise with management directly. Once access is sorted, we work to the agreed window.
  • On-site dismantling: Wardrobes, bed frames, large furniture — we bring our own tools and break them down inside the unit. Cleanup after.

What can realistically be cleared today

  • A single bulky item or small clearance: Usually feasible same-day if your building's access window is open and we still have crew capacity. Half-truck or less.
  • A whole HDB unit or condo: Possible same-day for smaller units (1–2 bedroom) if dismantling is light and access is clear. Larger units typically need a confirmed window 24–48 hours ahead.
  • Walk-up flats and stairs-only access: Same-day possible but slower — every flight adds time. We factor that into the feasibility check before committing.
  • Renovation debris and post-handover scramble: Doable same-day if the contractor's already cleared their tools out. We're not a demolition crew — we collect what's already broken down.
  • Late-evening / overnight: Subject to building access rules — your MCST or facilities team needs to authorise the window. Surcharges apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Typical lead time is 24–48 hours from confirmation. Urgent and same-day requests are sometimes possible subject to availability — message us and we'll let you know what's feasible. Same-day and after-hours work may incur extra charges. We don't publish a fixed cut-off time because availability varies day to day.

HDB blocks don't have a separate service lift — we work with the standard passenger lifts and stairwells, and dismantle bulky items on-site if they won't fit. For condos and commercial buildings, lift-access rules differ per property: please arrange any required permission or approval (and lift padding, if your MCST requires it — that's supplied by the building management) directly with your building management before our arrival. We're not in a position to liaise with management on your behalf, but once access is sorted on your side, we'll work to the agreed window.

Quotes cover labour, transport, and routing through the disposal/recycling chain. Surcharges may apply for after-hours, Sundays, public holidays, walk-up buildings without a working lift, and access requiring stairs or ramp setup. We'll confirm any applicable surcharges in the quote — no surprises on the day. Pricing is communicated directly via WhatsApp or phone, not published on the site.

Town councils collect bulky items only when they're already dismantled and brought to a ground-floor collection point on a scheduled day. They don't accept renovation debris or e-waste. We collect from inside your unit, handle dismantling, and accept the full range of household items — at the timing that works for your schedule.

Yes. Working furniture and appliances are routed into second-hand channels where the market exists for them. Recyclable materials like metal and paper are separated. The rest goes through licensed waste-management intermediaries. We don't run a recycling facility ourselves and we don't claim NEA-licensed status — but the items that can be rehomed or recycled, are.

Cars and motorcycles, chemicals (paints and solvents are OK), asbestos, loose lithium batteries outside a device, food/biological waste, cooking gas tanks, dead animals, and any hazardous or explosive materials. If you're unsure about a specific item, WhatsApp us a photo first.
