When Same-Day Works — and When It Doesn't
We won't make a promise we can't keep. Same-day removal depends on three things:
Crew availability. If our teams are already committed to booked jobs, we can't pull them off mid-run. Morning requests generally have better odds than late-afternoon ones simply because the day hasn't filled up yet.
Job size. A single sofa and two bags of clutter from a ground-floor HDB unit? High chance we can slot that in. A full three-bedroom clearance with appliances on the 14th floor? That likely needs scheduling, even if we can start partial work the same day.
Access logistics. If your condo management requires 48 hours' notice for the service lift, same-day becomes physically impossible regardless of our availability. We'll tell you upfront rather than waste your time.
Surcharges may apply for after-hours pickups, Sundays, public holidays, or walk-up buildings without lift access — all confirmed in your quote before you commit to anything.
