Privacy Policy
What we collect when you ask us for a quote, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. Last updated 3 September 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Yasai Logistics, trading as Junk Express, a junk removal and disposal service operating in Singapore. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to Yasai Logistics.
If you have any question about this policy or about the personal data we hold, contact us at info@junkexpress.com.sg or +65 9730 4047.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you enter, the type of service you select, and your phone number if you choose to provide one. Name, email and message are required; everything else is optional.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive whatever you send us — typically your name, contact number, address or building type, and photos of the items you want removed.
Our content delivery network keeps standard server logs for every page request, including your IP address, browser user-agent and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
We do not ask for and do not want identity-card numbers, financial account details, or any other sensitive personal data through this website.
How we use it
To prepare and send you a quote, to arrange and carry out a collection, and to contact you about a job you have asked us about.
To keep records of work done, and to answer questions about a past job.
To maintain the security and performance of this website.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails.
Where your quote request goes
The quote form does not save your details into a customer database on this website. When you submit it, the form is checked for spam and then delivered to our own inbox as an email through Amazon Web Services. From that point it lives in our email account like any other enquiry, and is retained for as long as we may reasonably need it for the job and our business records.
Spam filtering uses Google reCAPTCHA, which assesses your interaction with the page. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms of service.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, which loads the analytics tools we rely on — principally Google Analytics — to understand how people find and use this site — which pages are visited, from which channels, and where visitors drop off. This tells us what to write more of. It is aggregate reporting; we do not use it to identify individuals.
These services set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though some pages may behave less smoothly.
Photographs of work we do
We photograph jobs to record what was cleared and to show the kind of work we do. Some of these photographs appear on this website, in our gallery, articles and service pages.
We select photographs that show items and spaces, not people. If a photograph of your property has been published and you would like it removed, email us at info@junkexpress.com.sg and we will take it down.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We rely on service providers who process data on our behalf in order to run the site and reach you: Amazon Web Services for hosting, content delivery and email delivery, and Google for tag management, analytics and spam protection. Where you contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation is handled on Meta’s platform under its own terms.
We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over HTTPS, and quote submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to the inbox that receives enquiries is limited to the people who need it to run the business.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or withdraw your consent to our using it.
Write to info@junkexpress.com.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer quote for or carry out work for you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date below always reflects the current version.
