HDB and Condo Logistics That Affect Timing
HDB flats use standard passenger lifts. A king-size mattress or a three-seater sofa fits — but only if we can angle it correctly. Narrow corridors on certain older block designs (think Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 or Clementi's older blocks) add a few minutes per trip. Walk-up blocks without lift access incur a surcharge, confirmed at quote stage.
Condos and commercial buildings add another layer. Most MCSTs require advance approval for bulky-item removal through the service lift, and some mandate lift padding during the move. That approval and padding arrangement sits with you, the owner or tenant — you'll need to coordinate with your building management before we arrive. If your MCST needs 24 hours' notice for service-lift booking, that's the real constraint on whether same-day is possible, not our availability.
