HDB flats use standard passenger lifts. Most queen-size mattresses fit upright in these lifts with careful positioning. King-size units sometimes need to travel via the stairwell from your floor to the ground, depending on lift dimensions in your specific block.

Walk-up blocks (no lift at all) carry a surcharge — confirmed at quote stage, no surprises. If you're on the 8th floor of a walk-up, we'll factor the stair carry into the price before you commit.

Your town council does offer bulky-item collection, but they require you to dismantle items first and work to a fixed schedule. A mattress isn't easily dismantled, and "next available Thursday" doesn't help when your new bed arrives today.
