Office IT Equipment Disposal Singapore
Thirty workstations stacked against a partition wall. A tangle of Cat5 cables nobody's touched since 2019. Monitors from the last fleet refresh that never made it to the storeroom. Toner cartridges in a box under someone's desk.
In our 10+ years clearing Singaporean offices, the pattern repeats: hardware accumulates quietly until a lease handover, a downsizing exercise, or a fleet refresh forces the question. By then, the volume is significant and the timeline is tight.
We handle that clearance — efficiently, responsibly, and within whatever access window your building management allows.
What We Collect
Desktop workstations and tower PCs. LCD and LED monitors of any size. Laser and inkjet printers (toner cartridges included). Networking switches, routers, patch panels. Keyboards, mice, docking stations, webcams, desk phones. UPS units in proper e-waste form. Accumulated cables — power, data, display, everything tangled in that cable tray nobody wants to touch.
If it sat on or under a desk and plugs into a wall, we'll take it. The full peripherals ecosystem — not just the headline items.
What We Don't Do (and Why That Matters)
We are not an NEA-licensed e-waste collector. We do not issue formal certificates of destruction, chain-of-custody documentation, or compliance paperwork for regulated industries.
If your organisation operates in financial services, healthcare, government, or any sector where data-bearing hardware requires auditable destruction with serial-number tracking — you need a specialist that provides that documentation trail. We'd be the wrong fit, and telling you that upfront saves everyone time.
For standard office-grade hardware where the data concern is internal rather than regulatory? That's squarely our lane.
Data Security: Your Responsibility Before Collection
Wipe your drives before we arrive. Run a DBAN pass, use your IT team's standard decommissioning script, or physically remove drives and handle them separately.
Once items leave your premises with our crew, they enter the recycling chain through licensed waste-management intermediaries. We don't operate a certified data-destruction service, and we can't guarantee what happens to drive platters downstream. If data matters to you — and it should — handle it before the pickup.
Where It All Goes
Collected hardware moves through licensed intermediaries equipped to recover metals, plastics, and hazardous components (lead solder, mercury backlights in older screens, lithium cells in UPS units). These intermediaries do further sorting and route materials to appropriate recycling or disposal channels. Nothing gets dumped in a back lane.
Logistics for CBD and Commercial Buildings
Most office clearances happen outside business hours. We've cleared entire floors in Shenton Way and Raffles Place working within the narrow after-hours windows that building management approves — typically between 6pm and 10pm on weekdays, or Saturday mornings.
Your building, your rules. The owner or tenant must request permission and approval from building management ahead of the pickup. If the MCST requires lift padding, that's arranged between you and them directly. We show up at the approved time, load efficiently, and leave the space clean.
Surcharges apply for after-hours and weekend jobs — confirmed at quote stage so there are no surprises.
Common Questions
How many workstations can you clear in one job? We've handled single-desk pickups and full-floor clearances of 80+ stations in the same week. Crew size scales with the job — typically 2–4 personnel with a van or lorry matched to the volume. Send photos via WhatsApp and we'll confirm what's needed.
Do you take printers and their toner cartridges? Yes. Laser printers, inkjets, multifunction units, and the cartridges inside them. No need to separate toner from the machine — we take them as-is.
What about server-room equipment? Rack-mounted servers, blade chassis, and enterprise-grade networking gear — we can physically remove and transport them. What we cannot do is provide the formal decommissioning paperwork that regulated environments require. If your servers handled PII or financial data subject to MAS or PDPA audit requirements, engage a licensed specialist for the documentation, then call us for the physical removal if needed.
