TV Disposal Singapore

Your New TV Arrives Tomorrow. The Old One Is Still on the Wall.

Maybe nobody arranged for the old set to go when the new one was ordered. Maybe the flat handover is Friday and there's a 55-inch screen still bolted to the feature wall that nobody wants to deal with.

We've spent over a decade collecting dead, outdated, and perfectly-fine-but-unwanted televisions from HDB flats, condos, and landed homes across Singapore. Flat-screen, plasma, CRT — send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll quote it.

How We Handle Your TV

A flat-screen television is essentially a large, fragile glass panel. Our crew carries it upright, never flat, and it travels by hand rather than stacked under heavier items. Pressure on the screen cracks it.

If the TV still has its stand or feet attached, those come off first — it's easier and safer to move without them. Got a set-top box, soundbar, speaker system, or a tangle of HDMI cables behind the console? We take those in the same trip. One visit, everything goes.

Wall-mounted sets are no problem: we take the TV off its bracket and can remove the wall mount too. When you send your photos for a quote, show us how it's mounted so we can plan accordingly.

Old CRT (tube) televisions are a different job entirely. They're deep, front-heavy, and the glass inside contains lead. That's exactly why a CRT doesn't belong in a bin chute or mixed with general waste — it needs to go through proper e-waste recycling channels.

Before We Arrive

Factory-reset your smart TV. Sign out of Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, your Google or Apple account — anything with saved credentials. We collect the hardware; we don't wipe your logins for you. A factory reset from the settings menu clears the lot.

Also worth checking: if you're buying a new set, ask the retailer delivering it whether they'll take the old one away. If they won't, or the old set is a second TV from a different room, or the deadline is today — that's where we come in, subject to availability.

Where Your TV Ends Up

Every television we collect stays out of the general waste stream. We route e-waste through recycling channels where screens, circuit boards, and metals are processed separately. We won't quote you a recycling percentage, because we don't control every downstream step. You can read more about your TV disposal options in Singapore and what happens to old monitors and screens.

HDB and Condo Logistics

For HDB flats, there's no service lift — we use the same passenger lift as everyone else, which is why carrying a TV upright matters. If you're in a walk-up block without a lift, let us know the floor so we can factor stairs into the quote. Surcharges may apply for staircase carry or after-hours collection.

For condos and commercial buildings, the owner or tenant needs to arrange any required MCST approval and lift booking with building management before the pickup day. If your building requires lift padding, that's provided by management — just confirm it's sorted ahead of time. We handle the rest once we're on-site. Clearing office IT equipment and screens from commercial premises follows the same principle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you pay for or buy old TVs? No. We're a disposal service, not a buyback operation. Whether the TV is a working OLED or a dead CRT, there's no cash, credit, or trade-in value offered. You're paying for collection and responsible disposal.

Can you take the TV and all the other electronics connected to it? Absolutely. Set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, speakers, cables, wall brackets — send photos of everything and we'll include it in one quote. That's the simplest way to clear an entire entertainment setup without making multiple arrangements.

How quickly can you collect? We work to the tightest window your schedule allows, subject to crew availability. There are no fixed time guarantees, but if your new set arrives this afternoon and you need the old one gone, message us early and we'll do our best to make it work. After-hours or Sunday pickups can be arranged with applicable surcharges.
