Every commercial building has its own after-hours protocol. Security sign-in sheets, loading bay time-slots, service lift booking windows, noise curfews from the MCST. These vary wildly from building to building.

You arrange all of this with your building management before the pickup date. We do not liaise with management on your behalf. What we need from you is confirmation that access is secured — the bay is booked, security knows our crew is coming, and the service lift is available for our time window.

Without that confirmation, the job doesn't proceed. We've learned the hard way that showing up to a locked loading dock at 11pm helps nobody.

Can you work overnight and on weekends? Yes. We operate 24 hours on weekdays and Saturdays, subject to availability and prior booking. Sunday and public holiday jobs are possible by special arrangement. Surcharges apply for all out-of-standard-hours work.

Do you need our building's approval first? We need you to have it. The tenant or owner secures all permissions, lift bookings, and loading bay slots with building management ahead of time. Once you confirm access is sorted, we lock in the schedule.
